We are for the worker. Every product decision starts and ends with whether it makes the floor worker's life better. Investors don't get to override that.

We do not sell your data. Not to advertisers. Not to data brokers. Not to your employer. Not to anyone — not now, not ever, not under any future ownership.

We do not run ads. The product is not the workplace of a third party. You will never see an ad in OTF.

Proof of income is free, and always will be. The core function of OTF — logging shifts and generating proof of income — is free for tipped workers, forever. We pay for it with the B2B lender API.

If we ever break this pledge, we owe you an explanation in writing and a path to take your data and leave with zero friction.
